Mission

FAIR (Fathers Actively Involved in Reclaiming Rights) was created as a support and advocacy initiative dedicated to helping fathers navigate the legitimation process, strengthen co-parenting relationships, and remain active in their children’s lives.

As the idea of FAIR grew, we recognized that co-parenting challenges extend beyond fathers — they affect entire families, including bonus parents and loved ones who play an essential role in a child’s life.

Our mission is to provide education, advocacy, and community support that empowers fathers and families to build healthier co-parenting relationships, navigate legal processes with clarity, and create stronger family bonds.

Our Vision

A fair and balanced system where fathers have equal rights, families are supported, and every child has access to the love, guidance, and presence of both parents.
